Rachel Lethorn

Rachel is a dedicated physician assistant based in Michigan and the proud owner of Med Sports Vantage PLLC, a thriving medical practice specializing in primary care, sports medicine, and functional medicine. With a diverse background that spans both the United States and Australia, Rachel has been a Certified Athletic Trainer since 1998 and a Certified Physician Assistant since 2001. Her career includes working under the team medical physician for both USA Gymnastics and Gymnastics Australia. As a former Division I collegiate athlete and current national gymnastics judge, Rachel brings a unique blend of expertise to her practice. She goes above and beyond to provide personalized care and guidance to each patient, whether it’s optimizing health, enhancing performance, or addressing specific concerns. Rachel is also the creator of The Massage Tracker, an innovative tool designed to aid in physical therapy and rehabilitation. Her genuine love for helping others shines through in every aspect of her work, empowering patients to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
