Professional Bio

Dr. Rania Krayem has been engaged in clinical practice, PA education, research, publications, and Interprofessional education and outreach through mentoring, presentations, and advocacy for the PA profession and health equity.
Dr. Krayem volunteers in community events and at community clinics (Huda Clinic and Zaman international clinic). She is active with MAPA and AAPA.
Rania Krayem obtained Doctorate degree from University of Pittsburgh, Masters in PA studies from Wayne State University, and Masters in Adult Education and Training from Univeraity of Phoenix. She was the Program Director and Chair of the PA Program at Lawrence Technological University, where she joined in 2022 as an Assistant Professor and Director of Clinical Education. She is active in teaching, research, grants, and interprofessional initiatives.

Clinically, Dr. Krayem has worked in family medicine at ACCESS Community Health and Research Center, leading grant-funded programs in pediatrics, behavioral health, chronic disease, and cancer screening. She later transitioned to geriatrics at PACE SEMI, serving as an interdisciplinary team leader and provider for older adult patients.
