MAPA has negotiated a group rate of $239/night plus a tax and a daily resort fee. All rooms are first-come, first-served.

Shipping

All materials being shipped to the hotel must be coordinated through Art Craft Display, Inc, our expo service provider. Freight must be received to the address on the provided labels by noon on Friday, October 9. Freight shipped to any other address or received after the cut-off date may be refused. Please contact Art Craft at 616-791-8024 with any shipping-related questions.

Exhibiting Details

The Exhibit Hall is located in Governor's Hall EF. Due to increasing demand, MAPA has expanded the exhibit hall into the prefunction space. All booths include pipe and drape, booth table, two chairs, and a trash bin. Electricity is available at an additional cost through the hotel and must be ordered in advance - fill out the form here. 

Booths located in Governors' Hall EF will be secure overnight. Booths located in the pre-function premium space are accessible to the public at all times. MAPA does not guarantee the security of unattended booths. It is recommended that no personal/valuable belongings be left at your booth overnight.

Exhibit Hall Traffic: MAPA will once again offer a light breakfast and lunch each day in the exhibit hall to help drive attendee traffic. In addition, afternoon breaks will be held to encourage direct interaction between attendees and exhibitors. Attendees who engage with exhibitors will also have the chance to win prizes through daily giveaway drawings. 

Booth Set-up: Wednesday, October 14, 1:00-6:00pm 

Hall Hours: Thursday, October 15, 8:00am-4:00pm; Friday, October 16, 8:00am-3:00pm

Booth Tear down: Friday, October 16, 3:00-5:00pm
